I have sent copies to my NJ State majority leader, State Assembly, and State Senate Representative.

As to anyone can sue is great concept and everyone should have that right, however it still requires money unless you can get a lawyer to take it on without a fee

Okay, I'm going to use this method in my lawsuit V. the US! Where do I send my donation?

Chris, if you don't want all this message explains in your comments, understood! Delete whole or in part. I do use my own substack, although I need to circulate more widely this request for a lawyer.

I need a lawyer, and yes, I have managed to remain in the "middle-class" despite being relegated all my career to "adjunct professor" like 85% of non-STEM faculty. I have the proof in references for "Interdisciplinary Studies in W Civ'n -- Econ, Poli Sci, and Literatures."

So I can pay for the instruction in legal procedure; but I never earned even near the hourly cost of lawyers, so I can do the legal research and writing, and appear "in propria persona." Please, if you know somebody to help me -- this is about my RELIGIOUS freedom not to support persecution and genocide -- would you believe? I also cannot pay $30.000 to the IRS in good conscience, while the DoJ grants the executive mob in Article II, "immunity from the IRS" forever more, as well as from throwing our money away on warehouses and no-bid contracts! I placed the money into escrow in a so-called "Donor Advisory Fund" and the IRS says, "no-more than 60% of what you owe US." I won't support this fascist régime!
